Vietnamese produces above average yields of medium to large uniform roots. The potatoes have orange skin and light orange flesh.
The flavor is mildly sweet with a smooth texture and no stinginess. This is the smoothest variety that we grow, and it is great steamed or fried.

The plant habit is vining with green leaves. It has an almost divided leaf shape with most leaves having 7 points.
