Building Local Diversity

Nam Hai produces above average yields of large roots that tend to be long. The potatoes have dark purple skin and flesh. 

Nam Hai has been a consistent producer regardless of growing conditions. It has performed well in drought conditions and did equally well in a year with above average rainfall. 

The potatoes store very well, and Nam Hai is an excellent slip producer. 

The plant habit is vining, and leaf color is green. The leaf shape is triangular to cordate with up to 4 points.
