Ivis White Cream produces average yields of uniform roots with white skin and white flesh. The roots tend to spread out away from the plant.
The potatoes are very sweet with a creamy texture making them ideal for use in baked goods. It also stores well.
The one downside to Ivis is that it is favored by voles and often has significant vole damage reducing the yield. In this regard it makes a good crop to keep the voles off other potatoes.
The plant habit is vining, and the leaf color is green. Leaf shape is hastate with 3 to 5 points. It's a good sprouter and produces a lot of slips.
